Send in your problematic gaming console or gaming PC to have it's issue(s) diagnosed!

You will be given a video showing where the issue was found. You'll also receive a quote on the repair and if you choose to proceed, the diagnostic fee will be waived.

If for any reason the problem cannot be found, you will not be charged and the return shipping will be waived.
