When a game is ordered, the cartridge goes through a refurbish process: - The shell is cleaned - The PCB connector pins are cleaned with special solutions - The cartridge is once again tested on original hardware - The game is wrapped and shipped with a tracking number - If a problem is found with the game, it is repaired before being listed
